Burst from the Soul

This piece was largely inspired by a poem by Charles Bukowski called "So you want to be a writer?"

It's such a powerful poem that I was in tears listening to it. I'm so grateful a friend shared it with me! I felt aligned with it, and painted this piece with that energy. 🔥

Some of my favorite lines:

"Unless it comes out of your soul like a rocket,
