About the painting:
This is the largest piece in the collection and has a unique look. As I looked at all the other softer-colored creations in this collection, I yearned for something a little darker. The dark but transparent blue was the solution. It gives the feeling of the colder temperatures in the winter, the solitude, and the darkness.
